HEUCHERA: Vigorous and large flowered, these varieties make excellent border plants with their nearly evergreen foliage in neat clumps. Bright flowers are held aloft on airy stems in May through July. Can be used in a shady courtyard, pot or as a ground cover under deciduous trees. Benefits from deheading.
Heuchera ‘Lemon Love’ is a standout in the garden not only because of its vibrant color, but also because of its durability. This variety shows little to no burning when planted in dappled or part shade, unlike most other chartreuse colored Heucheras. The foliage is somewhat ruffled and will be more lime green in color when planted in deeper shade. In summer, cream colored flowers appear on tall stalks above the mounded foliage. This is a great choice to add a pop of color in the landscape. Grows very well in the southeast states. Hybrid of U.S. native Heuchera villosa. Hardy Zones 4-9 Mature Height: 14-20″ / Spread: 28-32″
