2. How are your plants prepared for shipping?
Every order receives our dedicated care. Our team meticulously selects, packs, and prepares each plant—from our Dutch Amaryllis bulbs to Proven Winners® perennials—with expert techniques to ensure they arrive healthy and ready for their new home. We bridge the gap between our nursery and your garden, patio, or windowsill.

We offer two transparent shipping methods tailored for you:
🚚 Standard Shipping (Fast & Tracked): $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Your order typically arrives 10-15 days after dispatch. Ideal for time-sensitive plantings.
🎁 Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 days after dispatch. Perfect for the value-conscious gardener planning ahead.
4. How long does order processing take, and when will my order be dispatched?
Order processing takes 1-2 business days. After that, your carefully packaged order is handed to our trusted carrier (DHL, FedEx, or EMS). You will receive a tracking notification so you can follow your garden treasures on their journey to you.
5. Where do you ship to?
We are proud to serve a global family of gardeners from our roots in San Diego. We ship to most of the world! However, to guarantee plant health and comply with international regulations, we are currently unable to ship to parts of Asia and a few remote regions. 6. What should I do when my plants arrive?
Please unpack your plants promptly upon arrival. Give them a little water and some time to acclimate to their new environment. They’ve been on a journey and are eager to settle in and start growing for you!
